Collective term for services we offer on this website as you navigate through it. While all the information is free to access we will ask you to provide us with your personal data in order for us to cater to additional downloadable resources.

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (i.e. you, the visitor of this website) that can be used to distinguish or trace the individual’s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, or biometric records; and any other information that is linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information. Commonly used synonyms are: personal information, personally-identifying information, personally identifiable information.
During your use of our services, we only use a very limited subset of personal data, as detailed below.
Special categories of personal data
Personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. Commonly used synonyms are; sensitive personal data, sensitive personal information.
We have no need for any of special categories of your personal data and hence we do not collect or process them.
Data subject
An identified or identifiable natural person. This is you, the user of our services.
Data controller
The entity which determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data. For the purpose of this privacy policy, we are a data controller.
Data processor
The entity which processes personal data on behalf of the data controller. For the purpose of this privacy policy, in most cases we are a data processor. Sometimes we might engage with other data processors, as mentioned later in this policy document.
Data recipient
The entity to which personal data is disclosed, typically a public authority. For the purpose of this privacy policy, we do not envisage the need for disclosure of your personal data to any data recipients.

How we collect and use your personal data
Information you explicitly provide to us
We collect personal data about you in the following cases:
- When you choose to access our downloadable resources;
- When you subscribe to our newsletters;
- When you register for an event that we organize;
- When you request a demo of our products, a free trial or free consultations; and
- When you send us an email or otherwise contact us.
Data we collect are limited to the kinds of information that can typically be found on your business card:

- Your job title;
- The name of the company you work for;
- Your work email address; and
- Your work phone number.
Information we obtain as you navigate our website (browsing data)
In addition to the kinds of information you consent to provide to us, we also acquire the following pieces of technical information, which however can be considered personal data, either on its own or when combined with other data:
- IP addresses and/or domain names of computers you use when you use our services;
- URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of resources your web browser requests;
- The time of the request;
- The method used by your web browser to submit the request to the server;
- The size of the file obtained in the response;
- The numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.); and
- Other parameters related to the operating system you use.
Usage and sharing of your personal data
Any personal data that you have provided to us are used by us to provide you with our services listed in this policy. We will never sell your personal data to anyone. We might share your personal data with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services; for example, we use third-party mailing service Hubspot to send out newsletter information to you in case you have consented to it.
Any personal data that we have acquired during your use of our services are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on our website, as well as to check its correct functioning. These data are deleted immediately after being processed.
International transfers of personal data
In case when you have chosen to receive written communication from us (e.g. to receive our newsletter or to otherwise be informed about our offerings), we will rely on an external service provider to deliver email messages to you. Such a provider might have their data processing facilities located outside of the EU/EEA area, which will result in your personal data being transferred to a third country.
Security of your personal data
Personal data that you provide to us, as well as those that we acquire from your browser, are stored in our computer systems in a secure manner using industry-standard best practices of information security.
Retention and deletion of your personal data
As soon as a piece of your personal data is not needed for the purpose it has been collected, it is securely deleted from our systems.
Your choices and rights
Withdrawal of consent. At any time you may opt-out of any communication you receive from us. By doing so, you would effectively withdraw your consent. You will not suffer any detriment for withdrawing your consent. You can opt-out either by following the corresponding unsubscribe link in any email we send to you, by telling us so over the phone when we call you, by sending us an email with written instructions (to the address listed in the “Contact” section at the end of this policy document.) or through our Privacy portal.

The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten“). You have the right to request that we erase any and all of your personal data. In such cases, we will pass on your request to all data processors we might share your data with, propagating thus your request down the data processing chain. When you exercise your right to erasure it is implicitly understood that you have opted out of any marketing communication that we initiate (e.g. newsletters), as well as that you have stopped using any other services we offer to you (e.g. free trials).
The right to restriction of processing. You have the right to request a restriction of processing of your personal data from us, which may be applicable for a certain period and/or for certain situations.
The right to data portability. You have the right to receive your personal data which you have provided to us, in a structured format, and have a right to transmit those data to another data controller. This means you can move, copy or transfer your personal data across different services. This is only applicable to the information that you have provided to us.
The right to object. In certain cases, mostly regarding direct marketing activities, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, at any time. When you exercise your right to object to the processing of your personal data, we will stop the processing immediately.
The right to be not subject to automated individual decision-making. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing on our end, including profiling, which would produce legal effects concerning you or would significantly affect you, unless you have given your explicit consent for such automated processing and/or profiling.
The right to rectification. You have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate personal data of yours, as well as the right to provide additional personal data to complete any potentially incomplete personal data. In particular, you have the right to have your personal data erased and no longer processed where the personal data are no longer necessary
The right of access. You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to your personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing, the categories of your personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing of your personal data or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, any available information as to the source of personal data, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling. In addition, we will provide upon your request a copy of your personal data that we have collected.
