As the official acceleration program of NVision Ventures, we are proud to welcome Tenato as one of the newest startups joining our acceleration program.
Tenato is a single platform for everything building-related: announcements, issue reports, digital voting, document storage, and shared calendar. Decisions that used to take weeks of door-to-door legwork now happen over coffee. Leak reports no longer get lost in WhatsApp message history, and meeting minutes from three years ago are searchable in seconds.
It’s built for the people actually living the problem:
• Residents see exactly where their reserve fund goes and vote from their kitchen table
• Building representatives, who volunteer on top of their day jobs, get fewer midnight phone calls and a digital trail they can rely on
• Property managers can oversee hundreds of buildings through one clean, consistent system
Tenato is aligned with the new Croatian Building Management Act, so online decisions can carry the same legal weight as paper ones.
