Demo Day, the final event of the six-month incubation program at BIRD Incubator, brought together 11 startup teams who presented their solutions to an expert jury, investors, partners, and a live audience.
The winner of the program was Mediqcode, an AI solution for automating medical coding and optimizing hospital revenue.

The teams that pitched at Demo Day were:
Cineo, Mediqcode, Unlokie, Whispr, Jobbicus, Livvi, Disscount, Smart Hospitality, Project01, Only Plants, and Vincentia.
Jury Selection & Winners
The expert jury, composed of representatives of the incubation program’s sponsors:
Vedran Hrgović (Telemach Hrvatska), Tomislav Krolo (Orqa), and Filip Skendrović (Valamar Riviera), together with Monika Mikac (NVision) and Borna Perak (Daytona), selected the top three teams:
1st Place – Mediqcode

2nd Place – Vincentia
Platform connecting families with reliable home care providers
3rd Place – Project01
AI platform for structured startup development with real-time progress tracking
Program Outcomes
The top three teams secured entry into the BIRD Incubator acceleration program, while one team will receive an investment of at least €50,000 from the NVision fund.
In addition, Mediqcode, Whispr, and Smart Hospitality each received $50,000 in Daytona credits.
