As the official acceleration program of NVision Ventures, we are proud to welcome Aisthesis as one of the newest startups joining our acceleration program.
Aisthesis is a deep-tech medtech startup building the first Sensory-AI platform that predicts sensory meltdowns in neurodivergent children and provides caregivers with timely, personalized guidance on how to prevent them. Using proprietary wearables, unique datasets, and in-house machine learning algorithms, the platform combines real-time physiological and environmental signals to deliver actionable intervention recommendations. By supporting sensory integration in everyday settings, Aisthesis aims to unlock better learning outcomes, developmental progress, and the foundation for higher cognitive abilities.
The founding team behind Aisthesis includes Dragana Mujanovic, CEO & Founder; Ajla Licina, CMO & Co-Founder; and Edin Kulovic, CTO & Co-Founder. Together, they bring a strong combination of expertise across healthcare innovation, technology, and product development, united by a shared mission to improve the quality of life for neurodivergent children and the people who support them.
Reflecting on joining the program, the team shared:
“Joining the BIRD Accelerator feels like a real milestone for AISTHESIS — a powerful vote of confidence in what we’re building and why it matters.
We’re genuinely excited to step into the BIRD ecosystem, tap into its incredible mentor network, and learn alongside ambitious founders and operators. For us, this is more than a program — it’s personally meaningful because we want to help spotlight South Eastern Europe as a region with deep talent, serious expertise, and world-class innovation. We’re looking forward to meeting peer startups from the region that have already succeeded with the support of key institutions — and to contributing to that momentum together.
Most importantly, this helps us move faster toward what drives us every day: bringing AISTHESIS to the families, caregivers, and centers who need better tools, better insights, and better support.”
