How Rearm’s Autorun.ai Is Putting Business Operations on AI Autopilot

As BIRD alumni who were part of the incubator in 2023, the Rearm team, including Ena Fuzul and Josip Ivković, is building Autorun.ai, an AI-powered no-code platform designed to put business operations on full autopilot. We spoke with the team about their journey, key moments, and what’s ahead.

Who are you, what’s the name and age of your startup, and what problem are you solving?

Autorun.ai by Rearm is an AI-powered no-code platform founded in 2020. The product has been actively developed for several years and grew out of our earlier work as a custom software agency, where we repeatedly saw the same problems across different clients. We eliminate manual processes, fragmented tools, and the high cost of traditional software development by putting business operations on full AI autopilot.

How did you first connect with BIRD Incubator, and what made you decide to join the program?

We joined BIRD because of its specialized focus on AI and data-driven startups. The structured incubation programs and access to AI-focused mentors aligned directly with our product and stage of development.

What’s been your toughest obstacle so far, and how did you overcome it?

Our biggest challenge was achieving an enterprise-grade level of software, something that’s notoriously difficult to accomplish with AI. We overcame this by fully focusing on product development and building our own AI-driven automation architecture.

What’s one resource, connection, or experience at BIRD that made a real difference?

The biggest value came from BIRD’s team and access to experienced AI and business mentors. Their practical guidance helped us navigate key product decisions and refine our go-to-market strategy.

What makes your business model stand out, and who are your target customers?

We uniquely combine no-code app generation with autonomous AI employees that execute real workflows. Our primary customers are small and mid-sized businesses that want enterprise-level automation without building an internal IT team.

Where do you see your startup in five years, and what goals excite you most?

In five years, Autorun aims to be a global standard for AI-driven business automation. We are developing our own proprietary large language model optimized specifically for business process automation and no-code application generation and expanding enterprise adoption worldwide.

What’s one piece of advice every founder should know?

Build from real customer pain, not from hype or fear of missing out. Speed of execution and adaptability matter far more than perfection.

Stay in the loop – follow Autorun.ai :)
